I’m so excited to announce this incredibly generous and life-changing gift to the universe. When my friend Jen Saunders from Wild Sister magazine hit me up to be part The Ultimate Self-Care Package, I couldn’t resist. Her vision was to gather a heap of digital goodies, and package them together at a super reduced price to give you everything you need to kick-start your self-love adventure, without breaking the bank!

A couple of weeks ago I had the honour of joining some of my best friends – Melissa Ambrosini, Amanda Rootsey and Tara Bliss – on stage in Brisbane for the very first Self-Love & Sisterhood event. The night went off, sparking a slew of requests for us to take the show on the road around Australia. So, that’s what we did. Another of our sisters, Yvette Luciano from Earth Events, orchestrated the whole show with dates in Sydney and Melbourne last week. What an absolutely incredible week it was! Not only did we get to hang out with our best friends all week, but we had the pleasure of speaking to packed-out rooms of amazing women each night. It was a week to remember, that’s for sure.

I haven’t seen the Charlie’s Angels movie since it was released in 2000, but the scene I remember most vividly is of Cameron Diaz wiggling her bum and dancing around her bedroom in boy-cut undies – all long-legged, tanned and flab free. I was 15 years old and had officially reached the point in puberty when I could no longer go on eating on crap, drinking cartons of Old Crow every weekend and doing zero exercise without the consequences showing up on my butt and thighs. The reason I remember Cameron in her undies so well is because it’s an image that frequently popped into my mind whenever I looked in the mirror. I tortured myself for not looking the same as Cameron in boy-leg undies.

I haven’t gone this mushy over Valentine’s Day since I was 12 and I pooled all of my pocket money to buy my boyfriend an Offspring CD. Last night I hosted a special teleseminar all about Falling In Love With You, and today I’m kicking off a promotion where I’m giving you FREE access to step 1 of The Lifestyle Transformation Guide.

“Love yourself enough to say no to others’ demands on your time and energy” – Doreen Virtue’s Goddess Guidance Cards
This is usually what runs through my head when I’m asked to do something that I don’t really want to do:
“Aww crap, I really don’t want to do that.”
“But If I say no, they won’t think I’m a nice person …”
“But I really don’t feel like doing this …”
“Damn it, I’ll just do it. Grr.”
What’s that? You too!

I have done a lot of crazy shiz to heal my body and transform my life. I’ve eaten sea cucumbers, drank straight beetroot juice, injected myself with B12, crude liver and mistletoe, drank castor oil, put coffee up my bottom, put castor oil up my bottom, drank hourly juices, turned vegan, seen energy healers, seen psychics, seen crystal healers, had vitamin C IVs, became a yogi, and taken so many pills and potions that it’s impossible to count. However, there are three things that I’ve done that have had the biggest impact and brought me the most benefits.

For the sake of having a brilliant day, I will often kick the morning off by choosing a word that speaks to how I want to feel through the day. Often it’s audacious, or kind, or brave, or vibrant; but at the moment I’ve been choosing to feel vulnerable.

I bang on about the usual self love acts often – repeating affirmations, meditating, eating wholefoods, lying in the sun etcetera etcetera – but there are plenty of other ways to shower yourself with love that you may not initially consider to be doing the job. There are certain acts that you may brush off… Read More

As an only child, I have always been incredibly conscious of being perceived as selfish. So much so that I managed to develop a negative aversion to the word and tried my hardest to always make sure I was the opposite of selfish. Whether this was always achieved is another story. Thing is, there is… Read More
