
There’s not much that tops hanging out with David Wolfe on a Friday night. Sure, he was in a gym in Amsterdam having just finished a rebounding class with his breatharian friend, and I was sitting in my bedroom-slash-office here in Australia, and we were hanging out via Skype – but it was still very, very cool.
David Wolfe is the eccentric, freakishly knowledgeable and wildly popular wellness superstar. He more than earns his titles as one of the world’s leading experts in nutrition, and the “rock star” of the raw food world.
