GUEST POST BY DANI PEPPER.
Our skin is the largest organ of our body and it’s also an excretory organ, meaning it’s a means for removing unwanted materials from our bodies. Our bodies are super clever and try to communicate with us by getting our attention. Wrinkling, dimpling and break-outs are our bodies way of screaming for attention and should signal to you that something is amiss internally.

When I pledged to take the empowered approach in response to my cancer wake up call, it felt like I was being tortured by having all of the foods I knew and loved taken away from me. Suddenly everything that had been a staple of my diet for the first 22 years of my life was forbidden and I was left thinking, “what the heck and I supposed to eat?” I had absolutely no idea how to feed myself if I couldn’t rely on bottles of flavour and “instant” foods.
Thankfully, I learnt that not only would I not starve, but that I would also be opening myself up to an entire world of foods that have amazing healing powers. Every member of the plant family has beautiful healing qualities, but these guys are my top 10:

I first heard Kyle Cease talk during a telesummit at the beginning of the year and I instantly became a fan. Kyle is a comedian, actor (you may remember him from 10 Things I Hate About You and Not Another Teen Movie) and motivational speaker. After 20 years on the comedy circuit, Kyle now combines transformation with comedy to bring a less-serious tone to the landscape. He is also one of the nicest guys ever.
