One of my amazing Lifestyle Transformation Guide tribe members emailed me the other day to ask my permission to post a review of The LTG on her own blog. Her post was so beautiful, and sums up the program and it’s transformational powers so much that I wanted to share it with you guys.Read More
In a couple of weeks it will have been three years since I started Gerson Therapy, and one year since I completed it. However, when I say ‘completed it’, I don’t mean stop-all-together-and-go-back-to-eating-crap. Far from it. These days, my diet is still very much rooted in the Gerson foundation and I absolutely love it.Read More

I have a friend who drinks like a fish, eats out almost every night of the week, parties hard, gets by on very little sleep, never works out, and still manages to look and feel amazing. For years I’ve been trying to figure out how she does it. Freak of nature? Perhaps. But I think it may have something to do with the fact that she is just so care free. She never, ever worries about anything that is outside of her control and has the most sunny disposition of anyone I’ve ever met. I’m certainly not condoning her lifestyle (and I don’t think she’ll get away with treating her body like that forever), but I definitely think her case proves that health and happiness runs much deeper than what we put in our mouths. In honour of Meat Free Week this week (18-24 March) Foodie Friday is Aussie chef and Meat Free Week ambassador Simon Bryant.
Simon Bryant is a face well known as The Chef on ABCs program The Cook & The Chef alongside food icon Maggie Beer. Originally a motor mechanic, Simon soon realised his calling was in the kitchen. It was in ‘The Brasserie’ where Simon emerged as one of South Australia’s hottest young chefs and was promoted to Executive Chef.Read More

Do you ever feel stuck? Like you don’t know what the next step is? Like you don’t know which path to take?
Perhaps you feel stuck in a situation that you completely dislike and you feel you have no options and no way out. Or maybe you know that there is something else out there for you, but you can’t seem to find the courage to make a change.
This state of suck-ness and indecision makes us feel as though we cannot move forward, but I have to ask the question – are we really ever stuck? Isn’t there always options?
It’s no secret I’m a fan of the smoothie. Every second picture I post on Instagram is a visual nod to the great, blended drink. Smoothies are a staple of my diet. Green ones, in particular, but I also love a good berry or cacao dessert-type smoothie on occasion. Barely a day goes by that I don’t use my blender, and I even have an e-book with over 80 green smoothie recipes that you will score for free when you sign up for my newsletters. So, it’s no surprise that I’m constantly being asked for advice on which blender to buy.Read More
When I was first diagnosed with cancer and started devouring every healing success story I could find, I desperately wanted to join the ranks. I wanted to be able to call myself a survivor more than anything – and so I did. The moment I made the decision to become an empowered participant in my healing was the moment I became a cancer survivor, because this was the moment I stopped being a victim.Read More
