We are closing in on our third day in Los Angeles, and I wanted to give you a little picture update of our trip so far. Day one was spent sleeping off the jet lag after our 12 hour flight. Day two was spent wandering around Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. And today we hung out at Universal Studios all day. While it’s been fun, by far the highlight for me has been eating every single meal at Cafe Gratitude. I purposely booked an apartment within walking distance from cafe so that we could eat all meals there. This is what I’ve been treating myself to …Read More

GUEST POST BY YVETTE LUCIANO.
Speaking as someone who has been on the other side of Pink October, I completely agree with everything Jess mentioned HERE.
When I was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer at 29 years-old two years ago, I was posted big packages of information, a hot pink diary for my doctors appointments and a newsletter full of (much, much older women’s) stories and their tales of husbands leaving them after breast cancer surgery. It was hell in a post-pack.Read More
A few months ago I did this interview with Dr Sherrill Sellman, author of Hormone Heresy: What Women Must Know About Their Hormones, and you went wild for it. This interview was a bit of a tasting plate into the world of women’s hormones, and I promised that I would pin Sherrill down to delve deeper into each of the important issues we touched on. Since it’s breast cancer month at the moment, I thought it would be the perfect time to get Sherrill to spill her wisdom on the topic.Read More
I have been chomping at the bit to show you episode 2 of healthtalks. Why? Because it is all about my favourite topic ever, of course. During episode 2, we discuss coffee enemas – the what, the why, and the how! Yep, the how.
In this clip, you will learn exactly what coffee enemas are, why they are an important exercise when it comes to detoxifying the body, and a step-by-step run down and demonstration on how to do them (PG, of course).Read More
I’m loving October in general at the moment. The weather is so freaking nice, that it is pretty hard to wear a grey mood. I have been busy with so many fun projects, PLUS I am heading over the LA and New York at the end of the month for a couple of weeks. Tallon and I are going over to hang in LA for a couple of days, and then head to New York so that I can attend Marie Forleo’s RHH Live event. This is my first big trip since I went to the Gerson clinic 2.5 years ago. Oh, happy days.Read More

GUEST POST BY NICOLA CHATHAM.
Before I had 1.5acres to play with, I grew food in pots down the back-steps of the house I was renting. And I ate a whole salad from my little garden at least every other day.Read More
