Woo hoo! My brand spankin’ new online digs are finally ready to show off. My creative team and I have been working away at this make-over for months, and I’m so excited that she’s finally ready for you to explore. This website is such a massive part of me that it actually feels like one of my limbs or organs. I started blogging back in April 2010, a couple of weeks before I went to the Gerson clinic in Mexico to embark on my complete lifestyle transformation. My blog baby has been by my side throughout the whole rollercoaster ride of a journey – through the soul-soaring highs and the tantrum-throwing lows. As I’ve grown and evolved, my little piece of internet realty has been growing and evolving in almost exact unison.

Merry Christmas! Thank you so much for making 2012 so freaking amazing. It’s been a full on year, but I’ve loved every second of it – and I have you to thank. Your support has been so incredible, and working on this blog every day continues to feel like I’m sending letters to my family and sharing powerful information with people I love and care about so much. This is why I started this blog nearly three years ago, so I’m so happy that my mission has only grown over that time.

I don’t know about you, but as soon as Christmas trees start popping up I get the generosity bug. I love spoiling my family with gifts, and now that I have a global online family, this includes you!
This post started off as a simple Christmas gift guide, but then I had the great idea of turning it into a big Christmas giveaway. So, each item on this list is also up for grabs.

In September, I launched my biggest, best, most exciting project to date – The Wellness Warrior Lifestyle Transformation Guide.
Over the past couple of months, The LTG has attracted an amazing tribe of wellness warriors who are all kicking amazing goals when it comes to their health and life. Every time I check in with the online community my heart swells with pride.
I want to give you the chance to be part of this – for FREE. So, I am giving away 5 spots to The Lifestyle Transformation Guide to 5 people who want and need it most.

I’m writing this from our apartment in New York at the moment, after being at day two of Marie Forleo’s Rich Happy & Hot Live event. The past three days have been amazing, but I want to wait until I fully digest everything I’ve learnt before I fill you in on what’s been going down there. Stay tuned for that round up soon!
Today I want to finish filling you in on our time in LA, with some shots of our mini trip to Santa Monica. After being tourists in Hollywood, Tallon and I hired a car and drove out to sunny Santa Monica (literally, it was cloudy in Hollywood and sunny as soon as we arrived at the beach).

We are closing in on our third day in Los Angeles, and I wanted to give you a little picture update of our trip so far. Day one was spent sleeping off the jet lag after our 12 hour flight. Day two was spent wandering around Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. And today we hung out at Universal Studios all day. While it’s been fun, by far the highlight for me has been eating every single meal at Cafe Gratitude. I purposely booked an apartment within walking distance from cafe so that we could eat all meals there. This is what I’ve been treating myself to …
