When I signed up for Marie Forleo’s B-School almost two years ago I was so broke that I had to use my credit card (which has a $1000 limit) to pay over monthly instalments. The only money I had coming in was from government sickness benefits and (very) random freelance writing jobs, and every penny I had was going to my parents to try and help them while they paid for all of the food and supplements I needed for my healing program. So you can imagine forking out $2000 to pay for an online program was a massive deal.
I had so much trouble justifying it that I didn’t sign up until the very last minute. My mum helped me realise that even though paying for the program would be a struggle, the skills I’d learn from Marie would help me put an end to money struggles in the future. She was right. But that isn’t the only reason B-School changed my life. Since the day in May 2011, I’ve been so amazingly blessed. Here’s why:Read More
Sooo it’s time to get a bit personal by talking about my own love life – and some amazing changes my husband and I introduced in just the last three months (we’ve been together since October 2000).
For anyone who’s slogged it out with a partner for aaaages – thick and thin, rich and poor, before-children and after-children – you’ll be aware that relationships can be a constant lot of hard work. The super-sexy ‘honeymoon period’ when you first meet each other fizzles out way too quickly, only to be replaced with conversations about who pays the bills, who takes out the rubbish and who left the toilet seat up.Read More
I haven’t gone this mushy over Valentine’s Day since I was 12 and I pooled all of my pocket money to buy my boyfriend an Offspring CD. Last night I hosted a special teleseminar all about Falling In Love With You, and today I’m kicking off a promotion where I’m giving you FREE access to step 1 of The Lifestyle Transformation Guide.Read More
Are you sitting near another person at the moment? Have you been talking to someone else recently? Thinking of someone else? On current estimates, one in nearly every two people alive today will develop cancer in their lifetime. That is way too many. But if you have someone else near to you, that is two people. So who might it be? How good would it be to save a life in 2013?Read More
As we lean into a new year, many of us will be reflecting on the year that was and dream about the year that is to be. What we have done, how we feel about it, and what we will make of another year, another opportunity to ‘get it all right’.Read More
I strongly believe that in order to completely heal our bodies, we need to address healing on all levels – physically, emotionally and spiritually. So, as well as dealing with the tangible areas of health like diet and exercise, I think that it’s super important to heal the areas that we may not be able to see. Warning: we’re about to go a bit woo woo.Read More

I have always been fascinated with the lives of the saints and the visionaries. I remember sitting cross-legged in Sunday School, listening to our teacher read stories about the lives of Jesus, Moses, Mary and the ‘Holy ones.’Read More
“Love yourself enough to say no to others’ demands on your time and energy” – Doreen Virtue’s Goddess Guidance Cards
This is usually what runs through my head when I’m asked to do something that I don’t really want to do:
“Aww crap, I really don’t want to do that.”
“But If I say no, they won’t think I’m a nice person …”
“But I really don’t feel like doing this …”
“Damn it, I’ll just do it. Grr.”
What’s that? You too!Read More

Comparison is stifling. It stops us dead in our tracks, drains us of our energy in an instant, and keeps us separate from those around us. It makes us feel small and unworthy and hopeless. Even worse, it puts our dreams way out there; piling the success of others up around us tends to make us feels as though there’s still many a mountain to climb.Read More
I realised something a little while ago: It’s not lack of information that causes us to make poor choices for ourselves. It’s not lack of knowledge that makes us devour an entire tub of ice cream while watching Gossip Girl on a Friday night. And I don’t know about you, but I’ve never actually thought I was doing my health a favour by downing two bottles on wine. No, it’s certainly not lack of knowledge that causes us to do these things. It’s lack of support, lack of guidance, lack of accountability, and the big one – lack of self love.
It was this realisation that led me to create my coaching program, The Lifestyle Transformation Guide, and it’s going deeper into this realisation that has led me to making one very important addition to the program: monthly coaching calls.
