This is just one of many occasions when my eating habits have been judged by my well-meaning loved ones who don’t quite understand why I eat the way I eat.

Chatting with Daniel Vitalis was one of the most interesting interviews I have ever done. He is so energetic, entertaining and magnetic – and thinks so differently to almost everyone in the nutrition world.
Daniel is a Leading Health, Nutrition, and Personal Development Strategist and a Nature Based Philosopher. He encourages us to “ReWild”, by teaching that our invincible health is a product of living in alignment with our biological design and our role in the ecosystem.
