I’ve never heard of beetroot tea, thanks for sharing Jess x
That tea looks yummy, thankyou!
wow just what i need, just found out that i have rheumatoid arthritis so this will be great for my inflamation!!!!!!!!
The using a spoon with ginger tip is wonderful, thank you!
Thanks Jess. You say in the video you want feedback and it to be interactive. I read your blog and Nat’s. No comments show on Nats blog and I can’t actually comment on that one either. Times that I have been able to no questions/dialogue has taken place.
I understand you are all busy and I love reading your two blogs. But this is what you have requested in your segment.
Many thanks
Margs » Hi Margs, I’m sorry if I’ve ever missed any questions you’ve asked me here in the comments. I try to answer all of the questions I see, but I must have missed some of them. If you have any, just pop them here and I will get to them. Thank you so much for speaking up and for your support with our blogs and healthtalks. xx
Thanks Jess, I always find you answer questions and comments. Maybe there is a bug on Nat’s site that is not allowing comments at the moment?
Peeling ginger with a spoon = genius!!!!
Thank you for showing us how to make great purifying tea. Always something new to learn. Jess your story and this blog is inspirational. I just bought your healthy recipes and I like them a lot. Hi Jess,
The beetroot tea sound great, I am away on holidays at the moment but will be making it when I get back in 2 weeks and will let you know how it went. Thanks for your great blogs every day.

All Shared Jess & Co.
Keep it up, it love the idea you are young as well. Being 25 myself, there aren’t a lot of young health bods out there, so its not you are getting word out. You have my full support, keep it up
I think its great you are focusing on topics relevant for all ages too, including ovulation…good idea! I think anything on birth control and natural healing is a good idea too. We focus too much nowadays on a pill for everything x
~Sorry, i meant its great you are getting word out!! ( My post above!)
The beet tea sounds like a great combination. I have tried to find out if the beet tops are safe to eat because there is alot conflicting informtion out there. Trying hard to alkalise my body as best I can but there is a real science to it I’m finding . So all the information I get from you guys is really helpful…Thank you
I really like the way these healthtalks have a ‘just sitting around, hanging out and chatting’ vibe about them. Generally, I find it difficult to get my friends talking about wellness/health/nutrition in any kind of meaningful way, so I love these chats!
I had no idea you could peel ginger with a spoon! The tea looks great, but the tips Sam offers in general were so helpful. Thank you ladies!
