Want To Chat With Me Once A Month?

I realised something a little while ago: It’s not lack of information that causes us to make poor choices for ourselves.
It’s not lack of knowledge that makes us devour an entire tub of ice cream while watching Gossip Girl on a Friday night. And I don’t know about you, but I’ve never actually thought I was doing my health a favour by downing two bottles of wine. No, it’s certainly not lack of knowledge that causes us to do these things. It’s lack of support, lack of guidance, lack of accountability, and the big one – lack of self love.

It was this realisation that led me to create my coaching program, The Lifestyle Transformation Guide, and it’s going deeper into this realisation that has led me to making one very important addition to the program: monthly coaching calls.

The program already contains all of the information you need to transform your life, and it already guides you through it with step-by-step modules, and it supports you with an awesome closed Facebook group, daily transformational tips and weekly emails of encouragement. But it’s hit me that another element is needed – extra accountability.

As of next month, I am adding monthly group coaching calls to The Lifestyle Transformation Guide program. These calls will give members of the program a chance to ask me questions and move through any areas of their transformation that they feel stuck on or overwhelmed by. I will also be giving a pep talk to keep you on track and accountable. My goal is to make transforming your life as easy and enjoyable as possible.

It’s not the information in The LTG that is so transformational – it’s putting that information into practice. Even though you think you may know this stuff already, it takes action for it to live up to its potential. It’s not lack of information that causes us to stall when it comes to our health plans – it’s lack of commitment and consistency.

This program is your guide to your dream life. It is your ever-present coach and your support system. It covers all bases so that your success is the only option.

Transforming your life is hard. It can be overwhelming and hard to maintain. Let’s face it – being healthy can be a pain in the ass. It interrupts your fun, it makes it harder to go out for dinner, to do the grocery shopping, and to prepare meals. It isn’t convenient, it can be expensive, and it can cause conflict with those you love if they aren’t on the same page. BUT – and this is a very big, important ‘but’ – it is more than possible, sustainable, and can even be enjoyable if you have the right support system in place. This comprehensive, in-depth, and stunning program is that support system.

If you know that you need this, if you know that your life can be that much better – if you just gave it the chance, if you know that the best version of you is waiting for you to embrace it, I would love to have you in the group and would be honoured to be your virtual coach.

would love a monthly chat with you Jess. I got the LTG end of last year & due to unforeseen cirmcumstances still haven’t been able to get into it but so want to! Want to get in & do it asap & i really think your support & encouragement would help greatly along the way. How will it work? the monthly support chats I mean.

Jade » Hi Jade, awesome! I sent out an email yesterday to all LTG members explaining how they will work. Once a month I will host a group call, and prior to the call I will send out details so that everyone knows how to jump on it. x

That sounds great! I was wondering your take on stress/anxiety on the body. I have many health problems and many Dr’s (arthritis, thyroid problems, migraine associated vertigo, allergies and low kidney function) I do try to eat has well as I can, but I have generalized anxiety/panic disorder as well. In fact sitting here writing this makes me feel sick, like I am about to run a race, silly isn’t it! I am only 32 and have high blood pressure which I am taking medication for :( My Dr’s have never put the two together, but I read an article on stress and how it can cause all the illness’s listed above! Before you had cancer did you stress about things alot? You seem so peaceful and healthy… Iwant to be like that ! :)
