Wellness Warrior TV: Interview With Dr Dain Heer

Posted December 19, 2012

Dr Dain Heer is a former chiropractor, international speaker, author of the book Being You, Changing The World, and one of the most gorgeous souls I’ve met. I had the absolute privilege of meeting up with Dain while he was on the Sunshine Coast recently to chat about happiness, healing, authenticity and his vision of a world free of judgement.

In this interview, you will hear Dain discuss:

+ Why so many people choose to be unhappy (and yes, it is a choice).

+ His thoughts on mental illness, and how he personally worked through depression.

+ Why some people heal while others do not. (So many a-ha moments went off for me when he answered this)

+ How we can tell when we’re being inauthentic and what we can do to be true to who we really are.

This was SOOOO good, radical and enlightening but he says “literally” way too much haha! Thanks for introducing me to this guy :)

Thanks Jess… That was awesome :-)

This. Is. Amazing. So many ‘AHA’ moments for me, especially the part about victimizing oneself and how internalizing pain causes dis-eases. I feel so light just watching this – great tool to base on making intuition based decisions. Afterall, intuition lives in the body (not the mind), and tuning into our bodies is such an amazing way to base our decisions on.

Thank YOU for inspiring and spreading such a beautiful message, Jess and Dain! xx

Great,loved it, thankyou Jess

That was so inspiring, what a modest and enlightened man. I got so much from that video and am buzzing now! Thanks x

I absolutely agree! I feel lighter in myself after listening.
What an inspiration :)

Wow, the best 27 minutes of my day. Thanks Jess for unearthing this amazing man for me.

oh Jess! What a great way to unwind….Firstly Dain was nice on the eyes…but his words of wisdom spoke to me in the exact way I need right now… I loved the part where he talked about depression… I will be asking the question “who does this judgement, feeling, thought, heaviness belong too?” . This time of year always seems to have me unsure of myself and my self worth… Thank you for the gift that is you Jess :-) xxx

Wow Jess, this was INCREDIBLE. Lightbulb moments a-plenty, thanks for sharing! xx

Interesting interview Jess, thank you. I agree with Dr. Dain’s statement, “Judgement is one of the biggest killers of happiness there is.” That’s why I especially like your affirmation today.

I LOVED this interview!!!!

Thanks guys, there is so much to think about here.

Dain, is there anywhere that you recommend, that we can go to to read more about how we take on the thoughts of other people? I’m interested to learn more about this.

Thank you both. You’re both awesome!! xxoo

There’s so much material in Access Consciousness classes, books, and websites on this subject. Check out htt;://worldpuja for talks by Dain and Access Founder Gary Douglas, also drdainheer.com, and the http://www.accessconsciousness.com website has a place to sign up for free videos on this subject and much more. There’s also free downloads on my site, http://www.howtostaymarriedandhappy.com where I have a whole teleseries on dealing with negative people–psychic blackmailers, vampires and leeches. There’s a free sample you can download.

Thank you Dr Kacie. xxoo

Julie, I have taken several tele-classes with Dain (besides telesummit shows) and one with Dr Dain and Gary Douglas (founder of Access Consciousness) and YES, he is very easy to listen to for hours. On his website: http://drdainheer.com/ there is a free stuff section – you can explore this, first if you like. His book ‘Being You Changing the World’ is life changer if you’re open to change. I’ve done the ‘Who does it belong to?’ 3 day process several times – after the first time I did it my (chronic) pain level reduced 60-70%. I was picking things up from everywhere… His book is available on Amazon – also, here is a page you can get it: https://accessconsciousness.me/shop/category/7-drdainheer/page/2/?
- I have the kindle book and the audio book – where Dr Dain reads to you for 6-7 hrs – how does it getter any better than that? hehe -
Have fun exploring – Injoy

Thank you Kathy. xxoo

Loved this interview. Dain is amazing. Thanks Jess.

Hi Jess,

I found this interview quite interesting, especially the part regarding mental disorders. The statement about how so many of our thoughts are not ours is worth considering.
Thank you

Two beautiful souls sharing and Being the truth of who they are.
