LTG Sneak Peek! My hilarious/motivating/inspiring chat with comedian Kyle Cease

I first heard Kyle Cease talk during a telesummit at the beginning of the year and I instantly became a fan. Kyle is a comedian, actor (you may remember him from 10 Things I Hate About You and Not Another Teen Movie) and motivational speaker. After 20 years on the comedy circuit, Kyle now combines transformation with comedy to bring a less-serious tone to the landscape. He is also one of the nicest guys ever.
I am so excited to have Kyle as part of The Lifestyle Transformation Guide because I know how beneficial it is to bring humour and lightness to serious transformation.
In this clip, Kyle talks about:
+ How embarking on a 60 day juice cleanse is causing him to have so many mental revelations.
+ How he is freeing himself of all of his vices and addictions.
+ Why he hates the term ‘moderation’.
+ The secret to staying focused on positive transformation goals when our minds start steering towards self sabotage.

There is so much more where that came from! The rest of this interview will be among the epic content in The Wellness Warrior Lifestyle Transformation Guide. Hop on the list to be the first to find out more.

Positive affirmation for the day: I always look for the bigger picture and the silver lining.

I can definitely relate to living in the future about food, I tend to panic if I don’t have a few snacks on me. Albeit they are healthy but food is a massive part of my life, and I definitely need to break free of it. I tend to get hangry (angry because i’m hungry) if I get too hungry!
Can’t wait for the transformation guide
I love Kyle- thanks honey. It’s so hot how he can take health and make it spiritual and comedic. Yum!
Great interview Jess.
Hey Jess,
Where do you get your vitamin B12 from?
Lucky » I take B12 in liquid drop form, which I just buy from the local organic supermarket.
This is great! Kyle is hilarious! So great to get a full spectrum of people spreading the wellness message. xo
I love what he says about “moderation”. Why would anyone want less than best, half the time! I always laugh when people say “everything in moderation” but their moderation is a coke every second day instead of every day. Actually that was me a year ago, moderation and balance was going to the gym and then hitting up McDonalds straight after! Once I educated myself on nutrition and started feeling the amazing energy that comes with eating right, I could never go back to “moderation”. Of course I enjoy the occasional treat, just not the “moderation” defined by most people!
I agree, Lyn. “Everything in moderation” what a joke. People can have a healthy version of most foods; some things taste similar, others better and some not even close. We just need to change what we enjoy, which comes with consistency and patience, hence my understanding of being a Wellness Warrior; i.e. battling through our cravings and temptations. We all just need to stop being kids and eating whatever we want.
Wow. SMALL world, Kyle.
Jess, I was wondering if since you finished the Gerson therapy, if you have done a juice fast? If not, do you plan to? I was just wondering how fasting fits into one’s healing journey. I have heard great things about fasting, but haven’t done it yet myself. Many of the fasts that I am considering have you still eating solid foods (somewhat) but also drinking many juices. Thanks!
