LTG Sneak Peek! Daniel Vitalis On “ReWilding” Ourselves Back To Invincible Health

Chatting with Daniel Vitalis was one of the most interesting interviews I have ever done. He is so energetic, entertaining and magnetic – and thinks so differently to almost everyone in the nutrition world.

Daniel is a Leading Health, Nutrition, and Personal Development Strategist and a Nature Based Philosopher. He encourages us to “ReWild”, by teaching that our invincible health is a product of living in alignment with our biological design and our role in the ecosystem.

In this clip, Daniel talks about:

+ The tragic result of moving so far away from our natural diets, and how this is directly responsible for our collective health decline.

+ How we can turn things around by incorporating the wisdom of ancient, time tested indigenous life-ways into our modern lives.

There is so much more where that came from! The rest of this interview will be among the epic content in The Wellness Warrior Lifestyle Transformation Guide. Hop on the list to be the first to find out more.

Positive affirmation for the day: I choose to be kind to myself and everyone I encounter.

What a great interview.
Wanting to hear the rest of it!

I couldn’t agree more with what he says.
We all know that these days so many more people are suffering from diseases but how do we know that indigenous people didn’t have cancer or heart disease? surly there wasnt the science and the knowledge of it back then so we cant all be sure.

Either way, I agree 100% with him. you cant not with the increasing numbers every year

We have A LOT to learn from our indigenous Australians. As Vitalis says, there has been so much proof that these people got it right with their diet and their lifestyle. Here is us new age white people today claiming vegan is healthier, with no proof through out the generations. We really need to look back on history and see what worked for people for over 40 000 years, it all points to eating wild foods/animals. Would be good if you took a trip to remote Aboriginal areas (with their permission of course), I know they don’t exist within any 1000km radius of the Sunshine Coast, thats for sure.

I LOVED this sneak peak! I am so so so excited for the LTG! (it’s going to be my birthday pressie from my hubby :-) ))

Great work Jess! Yet another great interview that I’m looking forward to seeing the rest. Can’t wait to check out LTG! X

What a tease, I can’t wait to see the rest. Yet another great interview, thanks Jess!

That’s just what I was going to say – “What a tease.”
Well done Jess. Kind regards, Lyall

It would be great to see what the rest of the interview uncovered. I think it’s a bit puristic to say that the indigenous peoples of the world didn’t have any disease like the western world. They would have had their own problems but I guess diabetes and heart disease, cancer wasn’t as epidemic as it is in the western modern world.

ahhh he is amazing – thank you for that lil sneak peak xoxox
