I have been busy recording interviews with some amazing people over the last few months for The Lifestyle Transformation Guide, and I want to give you a sneak peak. So, between now and the launch date in September, I’m going to show you some snippets of these chats. First up is the brilliant Kathryn Budig.

Kathryn Budig is a yogi, a writer, a foodie, and one of the wisest and loveliest people I’ve had the chance to connect with.

I had a blast talking with her, and in this tiny snippet you will hear her chatting about:

+ Why she personally practices yoga
+ What yoga has taught her about life and herself
+ Her take on obstacles and why she welcomes them with open arms

There is so much more where that came from! The rest of this interview will be among the epic content in The Wellness Warrior Lifestyle Transformation Guide. Hop on the list to be the first to find out more.

Positive affirmation for the day: I am part of the Universe’s perfect plan.

Thanks so much for a sneak peak! Honestly can’t wait till the launch!

Thank you! Excited to see what else is in store!

All good reminders. But, Jess, don’t believe everything you hear about us East coasters. There is nothing like the energy of New York City or the history or the food scene in Philadelphia. I have an amazing circle of friends, many of whom do yoga and are not “in your face” and “blunt” … as well as other friends who are both of those things (and tons of fun!).Jess, if you have not been here, I hope you will come to the East coast and experience us first hand.

I couldn’t agree more. Canada included!!!

nice blog and articles,- thanks from cologne ( germany )- wioletta

Well done Jess – great taste of things to come. I’m excited for you xx

Hi Jess….I think you are living proof of taking an obstacle and making the best of it. I am from the east coast also…we’re nice!

This just gets me excited about whats to come! Thanks for the sneak peek. And I’m from the Washington, DC area and we’re not all bad!!!!

My love for Kathryn Budig is so infinite it bursts from my heart when I hear her voice <3

As a yoga teacher, you’ll know the common challenges that newer students may face. Many may be feeling wrist sensitivity in Downward Dog, hamstring tightness in a forward fold, tight hips in Half Pigeon. Speak to these dynamics as you teach and offer suggestions to remedy the situation. Offer hands on assists as well. Watch their bodies for signs they are uncomfortable; newer students will shake out their wrists; you’ll see their thighs shaking in Downward dog and you’ll see their chest lift far away from their thighs in a forward fold. As always, teach to what you see; don’t just offer these suggestions if no one in the room appear to be having the issue.
