I juice, I meditate, I practice yoga, I take supplements, I eat organic, and I repeat affirmations; but the most important step I have taken in my quest to be a wellness warrior is to create a career for myself that nourishes my soul. Back when I worked for Dolly magazine, I thought I had my dream job. However, that lifestyle was no where near congruent with what I needed to live a vibrant, healthy, and amazing life. I left home at 7am and didn’t return until 7pm. I ate lunch at my desk and dinner out of the freezer. When I left that job, I was devastated, and I told myself that I would try to get it back as soon as my health was okay. It’s now been four years and I have absolutely no regrets. I also never plan on going back. My priorities have shifted and I now know that my chosen career has to suit my healthy lifestyle – not the other way around. My health always comes first. Thankfully, having an internet business means I don’t have to worry about compromising my wellness routine because of work.
I now work in my pyjamas, take juice and meditation breaks whenever I need, sit outside in the sun whenever it’s out, and prepare amazing healthy meals from the convenience of my kitchen.

P.S. Similarly I swore that I would be back in the big smoke – working in the music industry in the city of Sydney – when my cancer was cleared. Although now there is no way I could return to that world! 
aawww i really want to do this course. It sounds perfect for but I cant find the money at present, i will hope that Marie will run the course again soon when i finish my current course

Jess – this is a huge decision! Can you tell me if this program would be effective for someone who wants to sell tangible products or host on site workshops – in other words, is the focus mainly on digital info? Definitely has my attention!

It is great for anyone who wants to sell anything online as it teaches us how to expand our online presence and attract the right customers. First of all: Although I am living far away in Germany I am an avid reader of your blog and many of your posts have already helped me to build a healthier and happier blog! Thank you for that!
As for my job I am still working in the “jungle of the corporate world” and not really loving it. So now I am also considering to change my career into an online business, although I don´t have a precise concept yet.
Can you tell me if the B-school also makes sense for people like me who haven´t made a business plan yet nor a concrete product?
And how does the courses take place? Is it online lessons I can access whenever I want? Or would I have problems with the time lag from Europe to the US?

I really do think that having a nourishing career is one of the best things we can do for our wellbeing. Yes, I would say B-School would make sense for you. A lot of people who do it don’t have a concrete plan. I only had a blog when I first did it. The course takes place totally online via videos and worksheets that you can watch and work through at your own pace. The time difference wouldn’t be a problem at all. I’m in Australia and Marie and B-School are in New York, and I didn’t find it a problem. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions. xx
Hi Jess, it all sounds great, but do you have to do the course in a set time, ie do you have to do the 8 weeks all in one chunk? I’m like Greensoul, I don’t have any concrete plan, and the other thing is that I know I’m terrible at doing correspondence course-type things! So if it’s 8 weeks in a row, I don’t know that I could do it… And is it only aimed at people who want online businesses?
Fourth Daughter » Hi there! Nope, you can work through all eight modules in your own time. Marie just rolls them out once a week, and does live group coaching calls. But you don’t need to keep up with the schedule – I went back and listened to most of the course after it was finished. Yes, it is mostly aimed for people who have/want/are thinking of having online businesses – or just anyone who has a business with a website! x
