Hi Jess, thanks for such a wonderful inspiration board today!! these are the words i really needed so it feels as if it was just for me =)

Jess I’m so thrilled you are now associated with Conscious Choice! My husband and I have taken classes which have helped us learn to prepare delicious nutritious dishes, and the have so many fabulous things in their shop we can’t get anywhere else. You have to try the coconut snow deodorant, the raw organic coconut oil and the vanilla stevia liquid.

These are really nice to read. I am on day 4 of the 10 day cleanse and right now hating every minute of it. I have cankor sores all over my mouth a low fever and cold symptoms I feel like I was run over by a car but I am really trying to stick with this! I havent been doing smoothies I let myself have a small salad but Ive been doing the juice to the T and trying to keep motivated! I never follow through when I make resolutions and I never kept my lent giveups (when I was younger) so I really want to do this. It is something I feel very passionate about and Ive been studying gerson and his diet for almost two years ever since I read John Gunthers “Death be not proud”. I finally decided to do it and am hoping I can stay with it. Right now Im at work feeling TERRIBLE and am so convinced to go eat a horrendous amount of junk food and processed garbage and forget all of my values. I even have been craving kfc and I refuse to eat any tyson based product for as long as I live and have been doing great with that kind of stuff for the last two years or so. I just feel Im at a really weak point and I keep saying tomorrow is day 5 and then its down hill. Ahh but it is hard! I definitely salute you for how strong willed you are.

Karen » Hi Karen, thanks so much for your honest comment! Well done for embarking on this cleanse – stick with it because you are right that it gets easier after day 5. The first few are always the hardest because your body is dealing with so much toxic build up. A coffee enema will help with that if you are open to doing them? Stay strong and think about the reward your body will give you when you continue to honour it like this. Sending you lots of healing hugs xxx
