Christmas Day In The Life Of A Gerson Person
This year was my third sober Christmas, and my second Christmas as a Gerson Person. I have to say, even though I couldn’t partake in the cold Coronas, or pig out on the buckets of fresh prawns, this year’s Christmas Day was really lovely.
Maybe I’m finally starting to grow up, or perhaps the Therapy has finally broken my resistance, but there’s nothing I would have changed about the day. I got to spend it with the people I love more than anything in the world, and we sat down to the most delicious feast of Gerson Therapy food. In the afternoon we took Edie, our little pug girl, for a walk down the beach and checked out the huge swell. The weather even turned it on for us, and we were reminded why it’s so great to live somewhere most people would come to holiday.
Here’s a little look at the moments that made up Christmas 2011 at The Wellness Warrior house …
THE AFTERNOON DRIVE
Positive affirmation for the day: I am so grateful to be surrounded by such supportive and loving friends and family.
MY CHRISTMAS GIFT TO GERSON …
I am donating 50% of all sales of my Healing Through The Holidays recipe e-book to the Gerson Institute. Gerson Therapy has saved my life, and so many others like me, and I want to do this as a Christmas present to them. These people work so hard to get the Gerson message out, and help so many people with cancer and other chronic illnesses, and they rely on donations to make it all happen.
